Week #3 Jesus in the Desert

Last week we talked about how it's not always easy to do the right thing. We looked at a story of Jesus being tempted in the desert by Satan. Jesus had the power to withstand that temptation and show his obedience to God. The cool thing is that he has given us that power too!

“No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.” 1 Corinthians 10:13
