DYE WARS IS BACK!

Once again, Riptide will be joining churches from across the county to participate in one of the craziest and biggest water wars of the year. The students will be divided into three teams representing three different colors. The color represents the color of water that will be provided for that team to fill their super soaker with.

There will be pizza, a speaker, and the greatest water fight of all time. $10 includes dinner and a t-shirt.
Sign ups began this Sunday. Pick up a Permission Slip in the back or fill out online form here. To assure there will be enough food and t-shirts, I need to know how many people are signing up by this Sunday.

Ride Details: We will leave the Journey Parking Lot @ 4:30pm. Students will need to be picked up at College Avenue Baptist Church @ 7pm.
(Warning: students will be wet.)

(This event is for incoming 7th, 8th, and 9th graders only.)

Current Sunday Morning Series:

Can you imagine what it would be like to have a face-to-face encounter with God? Some people in the Bible got an extreme up-close encounter of an extreme God, and their lives were forever changed. Just because these stories happened thousands of years ago, doesn’t mean they have nothing to do with our lives, or that moments like these can't happen today. We are going to look at six stories of people that had a significant meeting with God. We will look at God through the lens of these people and explore deeper meanings of their encounters and how it all relates to our lives. Are you ready to see God Up Close?
